Pappers (
https://www.pappers.fr/
)
-One feature in particular with this tool is the “Documents Search”. See the subsection at the bottom for a walk-through.
-Pappers is a site that lists all companies in France. This service is based on various public sources: Insee, INPI, BODACC, etc. This information is public and therefore its communication is freely authorized. Pappers provides the accounts filed with the commercial court registries and transmitted to the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI). These data are public and their distribution is freely consented.The Infogreffe website (
https://www.infogreffe.fr/
)
-is the dissemination platform for all business and companies registers (of mainland France, including Alsace-Moselle, and of the overseas departments and regions). The Infogreffe.nc website provides access to the legal information of undertakings in New Caledonia. The Infogreffe website also enables various formalities (registration, amendment, removal and filing of annual accounts) to be carried out online. The service is provided in French and English.
The INPI website (https://www.inpi.fr/licence-registre-national-du-commerce-et-des-societes-rncs)
-makes it possible to access, via the DATA INPI portal and as open data, the records of registrations, amendments and removals and companies’ annual accounts.
The BODACC (https://www.bodacc.fr/pages/home/)
-is the official bulletin for publication of the documents recorded in the business and companies register, from the establishment of an undertaking to its removal, in particular as regards sales and transfers, collective insolvency proceedings and the filing of accounts. The documents in question are sent to the BODACC without the interested parties having to take any action or initiative. Announcements in the BODACC are made under the responsibility of the registrar who receives the information. Publication in the BODACC, which ensures the widest possible dissemination of registrations in the business and companies registers, falls within the remit of the Office of Legal and Administrative Information (

)

Pappers.fr Document Search
There are two kinds of Documents Search, the first is to search all documents in the database for a specific term and the second is to only search withing documents of a specific company for a term.
First)
To use it, first go to the main page and click on “advanced search”
on the next page you have the option to specify different search types, click on search documents.
Second)
Start with a general search for a company, and click on the the result for the correct company you are investigating.
Clicking on a result will bring up the company’s page:
Scroll down to the documents section.
There is a button for searching documents, click on it and you are brought to a pop up window with a search feature that only searches the documents for the company.
I searched the term “unique” and the function pulls up the documents with the term and shows the parts of the document with the term.
